College Park was one of Orlando's first
suburban communities and was developed in the early 1920's. Just minutes
north and west of downtown, the community is one of Orlando's most
sought after - considering its convenience to shopping, dining, and
entertainment venues. Homes in this area offer something for everyone
- craftsman bungalows, 1960's ranch style homes, to new mediterraneans
and contemporaries. Residents and visitors alike enjoy the charm of
the area's tree-lined brick streets, parks, golf course and numerous
lakes, as well as close proximity to Orlando's antique district and
key cultural and sports facilities.
